Will the U.S.’s OB/GYN Shortage Increase Cases of Medical Malpractice?

Almost half the counties in the United States don’t have a practicing OB/GYN. The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) predicts there will be a shortage of nearly 9,000 by 2020.
